This Labor Day weekend, September 2 and 3, the Shreveport Fire Department K9 Search and Rescue Task Force will hold our Annual Benefit Horse Shows at Holly Hill Farm in Benton, La.
This two-day event, sponsored by Towne South Animal Hospital, is our team’s largest fundraiser of the year. Monies donated will be used to support our team with new equipment, training aids, and provide maintenance for existing equipment. In addition, our canine heroes will continue to see beneficial training to stay at the top of their game.
For the first time, our Team is partnering with the new Ark-La-Tex K9 Search and Rescue Strike Team for this event. We welcome this new partnership and look forward to working with this great team moving forward.
We encourage you to bring the whole family to see the horse competitions, taste the wonderful food, see our canine demonstrate their life-saving abilities, and stop by our Support Group table to pick up and shirt and say “hi.”
